AnyRoR – Gujarat Online Land Records Guide.
Revenue Department, Government of Gujarat has digitized land records of the state. These land records (AnyRoR Anywhere 7/12 Utara) are uploaded on its official website anyror.gujarat.gov.in.
Now land owners, buyers, sellers and other institutions can check land records online on AnyRoR website.
AnyRoR website is in Gujarati language and 7/12 Utara is also in Gujarati. To view VF 7, VF 8A, VF 6 and VF 12 on AnyRoR site you don’t need to download any Gujarati font as it is in UTF.
anyror.gujarat.gov.in provides AnyRoR Anywhere 7/12 Utara of Ahmedabad, Amreli, Anand, Aravalli, Banaskantha, Bharuch, Bhavnagar, Botad, Chhota Udaipur, Dahod, Dang, Devbhoomi Dwarka, Gandhinagar, Gir Somnath, Jamnagar, Junagadh, Kutch, Kheda, Mahisagar, Mehsana, Morbi, Narmada, Navsari, Panchmahal, Patan, Porbandar, Rajkot, Sabarkantha, Surat, Surendranagar, Tapi, Vadodara and Valsad districts online.
If you want to check VF 7, VF 8A, VF 6 and VF 12 online in Gujarat state follow the simple steps given below.
Step 1: Go to AnyRoR official website anyror.gujarat.gov.in URL.
Step 2: Then click on ‘View Land Record (જમીનનો રેકર્ડ જોવા માટે)’ button.
Step 3: On very next page, select appropriate record required: VF7 Survey No. Details (ગા.ન.૭ ની વિગતો), VF8A KHATA DETAILS (ગા.ન.૮અ ની વિગતો), VF6 ENTRY DETAILS (હકપત્રક ગા.ન.૬ ની વિગતો), 135 D NOTICE FOR MUTATION (હકપત્રક ફેરફાર ૧૩૫ ડી નોટીસ).
Step 4: Select your District, Taluka, Village abd Survey Number/Khata Number/Entry from drop-down or type it.
Step 6: Type the given code (Captcha) in text box.
Step 6: Click ‘Get Details’ button to get your land record.
