This MIS is developed by Department of Revenue and Land Reforms of Jharkhand in association with NIC. The purpose of this project it digitize land records of the state.<\/p>\n<p>Jharbhoomi provides land records (Khasra, Khata) details to citizen online. Now citizen can check land\u2019s ownership, khasra, khata, register II details before buying\/selling process of land. This is a firm step to avoid land dispute in the state.<\/p>\n<h3>Why you need land records?<\/h3>\n<p>You would require your Jharkhand Land Records (khasra, khata, register II details) for any of the following reasons:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>For checking Mutation status.<\/li>\n<li>To raise farm credit \/ loan from the Bank.<\/li>\n<li>For Bank account opening.<\/li>\n<li>To verify land title during sale of land and registration of property.<\/li>\n<li>For division of land.<\/li>\n<li>Personal purpose.<\/li>\n<li>Legal purposes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>How to check Apnakhata (RoR) on Jharbhoomi?<\/h3>\n<p>You can easily check records of rights (RoR, also known as Apnakhata) in few steps given below.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to official website of Jharbhoomi. Official URL is <a href=\"http:\/\/jharbhoomi.nic.in\">http:\/\/jharbhoomi.nic.in<\/a><\/li>\n<li>In the left side of the website you can see some links. Click in link \u2018Apnakhata dekhe\u2019.<\/li>\n<li>Now click on your district on Jharkhand state map. It will open page with block map.<\/li>\n<li>Click on your block on block map. It will open a form.<\/li>\n<li>Then select Halka, Type of Land and mauza. Once done you can check your khata detail from any of the option given below\n<ol>\n<li>With all names of mauza<\/li>\n<li>With all khasra numbers of mauza<\/li>\n<li>By khata number<\/li>\n<li>By owner name<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Jharbhoomi App<\/h3>\n<p>Jharbhoomi is updated with latest technology.
