Once you enter your details, you will get your EPF balance on your mobile via SMS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mypf.co.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/epf-balance.jpg\" alt=\"EPF Balance\" class=\"wp-image-294\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Get&nbsp;EPF Balance Online via SMS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are simple steps to can check your EPF account balance online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 1<\/strong>: <strong>Keep PF Account Number Handy.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To check your EPF balance you need to know your PF Account Number. It is normally mentioned on your salary&nbsp;slip. If it is not then contact your HR to get your PF Number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 2<\/strong>: <strong>Check your PF Number whether in New or Old Format.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EPFO is updating its process and digitizing its processes, subscriber accounts etc. In this effort recently EPFO has revised the PF establishment code for employers, this is the new format of PF Account Number. But many employers are still using old PF Number format on salary slips.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you don&#8217;t have new format PF account number then you can check revised PF Account number at link given below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"\/en\/epf-establishment-code\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">Know your Establishment Code<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 3<\/strong>: <strong>Check EPF Balance Online via SMS.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Go to &#8216;Know Your EPF Balance&#8217; link given below.<br><a href=\"http:\/\/www.epfindia.com\/site_en\/KYEPFB.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">http:\/\/www.epfindia.com\/site_en\/KYEPFB.php<br><\/a>then click on &#8216;Click here to know the balance&#8217; link given on this page.<\/li><li>Select you PF Office state from drop-down.<\/li><li>Select your EPFO office code. (Note: You can find it on your PF account number).<\/li><li>Fill the online form with your PF number, your name (as it appears on salary slip) and your mobile number.<\/li><li>Check &#8216;I Agree&#8217; and click on &#8216;Submit Button&#8217;.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>You will receive an SMS in few minutes with your EPFO account balance, if your records are updated with EPFO office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">EPF Balance through Missed Call<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Every day more than 1,00,000 EPF subscribers are using missed call facility to check their EPF balance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Are you still not using this facility? Read following few lines to use it right now!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have an activated UAN number, you can also get your EPF balance on your mobile through missed call facility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Just give a miss call to EPF balance enquiry number&nbsp;011-22901406.&nbsp;Every time you give a missed call, EPFO will provide information on latest EPF balance, along with your PF number, name and date of birth. EPFO updates the passbooks every day so the member will get to see the balance and contributions as on 12 noon the previous day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you don&#8217;t know about your UAN number or your UAN number is not activated. This&nbsp;Short Code SMS Service is available only to the UAN activated members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are an UAN activated EPF member you can&nbsp;send an SMS in predefined format from your registered mobile number to 77382 99899 to get EPF balance on your mobile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The format of the SMS is EPFOHO UAN followed by first three characters of preferred language.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, if &nbsp;you would like to receive SMS in Hindi, you should send an SMS as EPFOHO UAN HIN to 77382 99899.
