Step 1: Go to West Bengal’s official land record website banglarbhumi.gov.in.

Step 2: Click on ‘Know Your Property’ link. This link is in the left hand side of the page.

Step 3: Select your District, Block & Mouza from dropdown given on the page.

Step 4: Select Option ‘Search by Khatian’ or ‘Search by Plot’.

Step 5: Enter Number (Khatian or Plot based on option selected in previous step) and click ‘Submit’ button to get your land record online.
